:: Working together ::             We highly put our emphasis on customer. At Kongsakdi, we trained every staff to understand         the importance of how customers always come first. Our most important goal is to fully satisfy         customer at all cost. We will not try to force our customer to accept what is best for our         production.               Instead, we work closely with our customer to make sure that there is synergy created for         both parties. Our main objective would be to reduce unnecessary cost without effecting the         satisfactory working condition and quality standard of our customer. We learn, from our long         reputable experience, that many famous and effective concepts such as Just in time (JIT),         Economic order quantity and reorder point (EOQ) or Material requirement planning (MRP) are         rather difficult to fully adopt in our country. We have a unique working and living culture, which         makes the 100% adoption of the concept ineffective. That is why we put special attention in         working closely with our customer and try to combine or modify these concepts to work more         effectively to our culture.       Organization At Kongsakdi, we carefully construct our company structure to provide the          fastest and most convenience service to our customer. Our organization is headed by our          Managing Director, Mr. Phiphat. He has wide spectrum of experience in both technological          support and innovative development in the plastic packaging field. He is one of the most          respected personals in the business.                Our staffs are separate into three major divisions. A team of experience managers and          supervisors supports operation division under the supervision of plant manager. Respective          department managers monitor the quality and speed of our production while his supervisors          monitor their staffs to ensure the most productive operation.                In business division, our general manager takes care of sales, and customer services.          This structure provides more emphasis on our customer and satisfying service. Finally, our          accounting division takes care of company finance situation. All managers work together          under the supervision of our managing director and deputy managing director to ensure the          best service and highest quality standard product.       Copyright@2005.
